Hi guys,there is a guy who has been filling his vat,but there are previous months which he did not file plus income tax,what's the procedure as he wants to get a tcc.

File the pending returns and make sure you don't have any outstanding balance for principal amount.
Then go to your tax station and request for a tcc and also apply for waivers for penalties due to late filing. The legal process is to file those returns and pay the late submission penalties. However,your friend has an option of applying for waiver. That might take too long to process so if he is able to pay the better. After that he can apply for the TCC and should have no issues
